Walk-In Wardrobes East Sussex

Walk-In Wardrobes

A walk-in wardrobe is the most personal piece of furniture in the house. Every Littlejohn Bespoke walk-in wardrobe and dressing room is designed around your clothes, your shoes and your morning routine, with hanging, shelving and drawers planned down to the last centimetre.

You do not need a huge house. We build full dressing rooms, and we also turn box rooms, loft eaves and dead corners into walk-in wardrobes that use every inch. Everything is made and hand-sprayed in our Pevensey workshop, then fitted by the same hands that built it.

FAQs

How much space do I need for a walk-in wardrobe?

Less than most people think. From around 1.2 metres of depth we can build a useful walk-in, and box rooms, loft eaves and wide landings all convert well. We design around the space you have, not a standard module.

How much does a bespoke walk-in wardrobe cost?

As a guide, our compact walk-in wardrobes typically start from around £[X,XXX], and full dressing rooms most often fall between £[X,XXX] and £[XX,XXX], depending on size and detail. You get an itemised quote after the design stage.

Walk-in or fitted wardrobes, which is right for me?

If the room is shared with a bed, fitted wardrobes usually win. If you can give the storage its own space, a walk-in holds more and is nicer to use. We make both, in the same workshop, to the same standard.

What can go inside?

Pull-out shoe drawers, trouser rails, double hanging, solid oak drawers, an island or dressing table, mirrors and LED lighting that comes on as you walk in. We start from a count of your clothes and shoes, then design around it.

How long does it take?

Design takes around [X] weeks, the build happens in our Pevensey workshop, and fitting usually takes [1 to 2] days depending on the size of the room. We agree the dates with you up front.

Our workshop is in Pevensey, near Eastbourne, and we design, build and fit walk-in wardrobes and dressing rooms right across East and West Sussex, including Eastbourne, Hastings, Bexhill-on-Sea, Hailsham, Seaford and Lewes. The team that builds your dressing room is the same team that installs it, with one point of responsibility from first drawing to final rail. Not sure if you are in range? Just ask.
