Our workshop is in Pevensey, about five miles from Eastbourne town centre, which means the people who design your kitchen are the same people who build it and the same people who fit it. There is no supply chain to hide behind and no subcontracted fitting team turning up on install day having never seen the drawings.
We work throughout Eastbourne and the surrounding villages, from the Victorian terraces around Upperton and Old Town to the larger properties in Meads and the newer homes out towards Langney and Sovereign Harbour. Timbers & carcasses
Solid tulipwood and oak for doors and frames, with strong moisture-resistant carcasses rather than thin chipboard. Drawer boxes are dovetailed and run on soft-close runners as standard.
Paint & finishes
Hand-sprayed in our own spray booth in any colour, including Farrow & Ball and Little Greene matches. A properly cured sprayed finish is far tougher than a brushed or wrapped one and can be refreshed years later.

Bespoke, flat-pack or showroom: what you actually get

Do you cover the whole of Eastbourne?
Yes, the whole town and the surrounding area. Our workshop is in Pevensey, roughly five miles away, so Eastbourne is genuinely local to us rather than a district we occasionally travel to. That matters most during installation, when being nearby means we can be back the same day if anything needs adjusting.
How much does a fitted kitchen cost in Eastbourne?
There is no meaningful price list for bespoke work, because the cost follows the room, the materials and the detail. Rather than quote a headline figure that turns out to be wrong for your project, we do a free design visit, work out exactly what you need, then give you a clear itemised quote with no obligation. You will know the full cost before you commit to anything.
How long does a kitchen take from start to finish?
Allow roughly ten to fourteen weeks from approving the design to completed installation. Around six to eight of those weeks are build time in the workshop. Installation in an average Eastbourne kitchen usually takes one to two weeks on site.
Are you a kitchen showroom?
We are a working workshop rather than a retail showroom, which is deliberate: you are paying for cabinetry rather than a high-street lease. You are very welcome to visit the Pevensey workshop and see kitchens actually being built, which tells you far more than a display unit.
My Eastbourne house is old and nothing is square. Is that a problem?
It is completely normal here, particularly in Old Town and the Victorian terraces around Upperton. Every cabinet is scribed to your walls and ceilings on site, so the finished kitchen looks like it was built into the room rather than dropped into it. Awkward rooms are the reason bespoke exists.
Do you only make kitchens?
No. We also make fitted wardrobes, alcove units, media walls, home offices, boot rooms and larder cupboards, all from the same workshop and to the same standard. Plenty of Eastbourne clients start with a kitchen and come back to us for the rest of the house.
